Data processed

When you visit the website, technically necessary data such as your IP address, the date and time of access, pages viewed, browser information, and server log data are processed to provide the website securely and reliably.

Demo requests

When you request a demo, information such as your first name, last name, optional company name, email address, and phone number may be processed so we can respond personally. The request and email communication are transmitted through Resend.

Cookies and local storage

The cookie notice stores your selection locally in your browser so the notice does not appear again on every visit. Your selected website language is stored for one year in a technically necessary cookie so it remains active on future visits. Beyond that, PMSLogic does not intentionally use marketing cookies.

Depending on the process, data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for handling pre-contractual inquiries, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for the technical provision and security of the website, and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR where consent has been granted.
